How do I know that my home will be safe?

Your home will be in safe hands when any of our staff members come to visit. All of our cleaners are professionally trained and fully DBS checked, giving you peace of mind that your home and possessions will be safe when the cleaners are there. As well as this, all of our cleaners are insured, meaning that in the very rare case where something in your property gets damaged during the cleaning, we will reimburse you fully. What if I am unhappy with the service that I receive?

We have total faith in our cleaners’ abilities, and we are sure that you will be more than satisfied with the service that you receive. If, however you are unhappy with any aspect of the cleaning service that you received, we offer a work guarantee. If we have missed anything we will come back to the property and clean it for free.

Can I still book a cleaning service with the coronavirus restrictions?

Yes, you can still make a booking. The Government has stated that cleaners are allowed to work in private properties as long as they feel well and have no symptoms. If any of your home cleaning equipment is used by our staff, they will disinfect this prior to them leaving. If any Government advice changes, we will be sure to update our website and let you know.

How can I make a booking?

If you want to book any one of our cleaning services, please get in touch with our team. We will ask you about your requirements, the services you need, the property size, it’s condition, and the date when you would like to begin the cleaning. We will send you a confirmation email with all of the details that you need to get ready for your first cleaning service.

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking up to 48 hours before the original booking time. As soon as you are aware that you need to move the booking, please let us know to avoid any confusion or additional charges
